I pump my nipples daily for a minimum of 2 hours. On weekends I'll do it for 24 hours. I try not to shoot any pics or vids right after pumping. I don't want the sucker red and lines around the nipple. My nipples will eventually shrink back to their new size of at least 5/8" long and wide at the base. The very tip of the nipple is 3/8" wide. If I was a woman, men would be staring constantly at my nips poking out of my tops and I do wear clothing that provides the best possible showing.
